Hodnett Cooper is proud to present this beautiful Island home and guest house with pool and lanai. Very private and secluded feeling, but within walking distance of all Island offerings - including the Village Pier, numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.
The two-story main house offers a top floor living area with beamed ceilings and a gorgeous, modern kitchen. Also on the top floor is a spacious master suite with claw foot tub and walk-in tiled shower. A spiral stair case off the living room leads to a fitness area and guest room with full bath. The main house features a wrap-around porch with ample seating area and a partial ocean view.
Situated between the main house and the pool house is a large lawn, gorgeous swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen.
The pool house, which is included with the rental of the main house, features two bedrooms and one bath. The spacious top floor bedroom features two Queen size beds, and a Twin Trundle. The first floor offers a living area with a large flat screen television and pool table, as well as a small hidden bedroom.
Though this home is ideal for entertaining, gatherings of more than 14 are strictly prohibited. Please enjoy the numerous porches, large living areas, and fabulous back-yard with your family only! This home does not offer phone service. A cell phone is required for calls.
This home is only available for weekly rental and is located within 0.08 miles of tide contingent beach access via 5th Street.
